This is my COMP6008 coursework page, on which I will either place, embed or link to the various parts of my coursework. This ranges from a simple website created entirely in Dreamweaver (how I itched to just use the HTML box. It can be such a time saver.) to 3D animation. I hope you enjoy them.

To skip directly to one part, just click on the name:

Dreamweaver Programming

As this required a separate website structure with its own template and image folders, I decided to host this part on my UCL webpage. You can find the mini-site at http://www.ucl.ac.uk/~zcjtfj9/.

2D imaging

This part of the course was on using Photoshop. I had to do two exercises, one where I only modified one picture and one where I had to create a collage.

For the first exercise, I started off from this picture (cropped for this webpage I'm afraid):

After playing with it, I made it into this:

For the collage, I started with these pictures:

tokyobay

kitten

cloud

flames

I made them into this:

Multimedia

This part of coursework required me to create this little flash animation. To play it again, just right-click on the animation and click on Play.

Content on this page requires a newer version of Adobe Flash Player.

Audio-Video for the Web

We had to create a short film for this task and narrate it. The file size limit being 400kb, needless to say my video is incredibly short! And even then, I'm still over the limit. Oh well.

3D Animation

For this task, I decided to model a TV. I have embedded it below but if you can't see it then you need a VRML plugin to see it, such as the Cortona 3D viewer (http://www.cortona3d.com/Products/Cortona-3D-Viewer.aspx).

Character Animation

In this part, I had to animate a zombie we were given in 3DS Max. The zombie has to perform one action with its arms and then one action with its entire body and head.
My zombie brings its hands together first, then it jumps.
Here is the video of it.
